Questions we are often asked

Anything else, just ask.

Call 07533 957971

Is the measure and survey really free?: Yes. We visit, measure, check the subfloor and talk through options at no charge and with no obligation. You then receive a written quotation.
Do you supply the flooring as well as fit it?: Yes. We supply and install ranges from Karndean, Amtico and Cormar among others, or we can fit flooring you have already bought if it is suitable for the room.
What is subfloor preparation and do I need it?: LVT in particular needs a flat, dry, sound base. Where the existing floor is uneven we latex screed or ply it before fitting. We assess this at the survey and include it in the quotation if it is needed.
Which areas do you cover?: We are based in Warlingham and work across Surrey, South London, Sussex and Kent. If you are not sure whether we cover you, call us.
Do you take on commercial work?: Yes. We fit carpet tiles, sheet vinyl and commercial LVT for developers, landlords and businesses, and we are used to working to a programme alongside other trades.
